The plumber did a great job with draining my sink and I am very satisfied!

I'd had a really bad experience with 2 previous plumbers who had carried out work, not fixed the problem and likely made things worse. This left me really frustrated. However, when I explained my situation DIA plumbing and heating talked me through exactly how the work should have been done and the thorough process they undertake. They were really helpful at answering my questions and making me feel confident they could be trusted. The work was completed exactly as described and they fixed my leak. On top of this, they explained what I needed to know in every step. Very happy with their work

We had a problem shower - long story - and also new tap, and chose DIA. Mike was a superstar. He fixed the fault, installed the new taps - we have hard water so they've aged - and, without charge, advised mega-helpfully on several unrelated issues, including one in the new fridge-freezer. Was here a couple of hours, and never took a break, accepted one coffee. Great 'can-do' attitude, knows A LOT, prompt, reliable and polite. Highly recommend this company. They go the extra mile.

Mike helped out with two jobs. First was breaking out our concrete sub floor to access and test the pipework in our bathroom and second was to repair the internals of our concealed cistern toilet unit. Both jobs carried out to a very professional standard and he’s clearly very knowledgeable. Very responsive over WhatsApp / on the phone also. I cannot recommend Mike enough for any kind of plumbing and gas engineering services. Given only a day’s notice, Mike was able to handle a significant and time sensitive job with professionalism and friendliness. He was extremely communicative, efficient and obviously highly capable. He provided great advice and the work was effortless to him. Not only that, but Mike also came back the next day to help with further work, and then came back a third day to ensure that the work was completed to the highest standards, all with reasonable rates. He also passed on another contact for a tradesperson

Excellent service. Fixed and replaced a leaking toilet unit despite limited access. Really friendly guy, efficient work, and would definitely use his services again.
