Colin and his brother did an excellent job repairing and sealing my leaking conservatory roof they cleared up after their selves I was very satisfied with the job.

I had a leak coming through into my dining room. They came out quick. Did the job straight away didn’t charge too much 10 out of 10

The company investigated, suggested a course of action and price which was accepted. Relative to that price etc, checkatrade suggested if I wrote a description of the problem they would send to several firms and I would have a choice. Colin was the only one who answered and that evening too. It was ok this time because I liked Colin. No one else has ever contacted me.

Quick and reliable.

Just the worst trades-person I have ever dealt with. I asked for an invoice so that I could pay him and he said he would but pleaded that I sent him the money straight away. I did that. Wish I hadn't, because I have spent the last 2 months calling, texting and emailing to get an invoice and the report necessary for my insurance company. He promised me several times but didn't deliver. I was sent an email with just basic information/costs today (still no invoice, I doubt I will ever get that). He is evasive, unprofessional and if unless you want a small job done for cash - avoid!
