Ian came out and was very helpful in capping off our faulty hob, reconnecting the mains gas and doing a safety check on the boiler. This gave us back hot water. Ian then re-attended and reconnected the hob once it had been repaired by the manufacturer. Highly recommended - we could not have asked for more - thank you
