Amazing! Have had a knocking for several months now. Attended 2 garages in Aylesbury, 1 advised it’s anti roll bars, had these replaced. Knocking still there. Attended garage 2 which looked and advised could be the top mounts wearing and told to carry on driving till the knocking got worse and bring back and to call Lexus for any known issues with the model. Booked Diesel vehicle services, they provided me a courtesy car to not interrupt school runs and work. An hour of having the car they found the issue and fixed it. Was the universal joint on the steering rod loose. Drives quiet and smooth again

I have recently been sickened by main garages grossly over-charging for work. DVS and Wayne was suggested to me by a friend who had used him a year or so ago. He spoke highly of the work he had done and I was keen to find a mechanic who would do a first class job at a fare rate who was trustworthy in what he said. Wayne lived up to the promise and did a great job.

Excellent service, very friendly chap, booked in within the week. Showed me the part he had taken off and explained why it was faulty. Kept me up to date; called and asked before going ahead with the repair, and let me know when it was done.

First class service, definitely recommend. Accommodated my time frame and delivered on time.

Amazing and courteous service from Wayne. Very helpful and knowledgeable with great advice offered. Pick up service which was also really helpful. Would definitely recommend and I will be a returning customer.

Absolutely incredible service- Wayne saved our family holiday having been told by two other garages that the work was to complicated and that car was too old! Excellent price and engine bay cleaned based on all the soot that had built up from leaking injectors. Nothing was too much trouble and will be making DVS our garage of choice.
