Digby came in to replace a very old boiler with a much more modern machine, which involved relocating, as well as having to move and install new piping, install new water tanks, + new thermostat, pump out all radiators and the whole system, and bring us into the 21st century. Helluva job, and incredibly done. Great work ethic, and stopped and advised us on all steps as he worked, and willing to make any changes that we wanted. Very conscientious and very reliable

I could not fault Digby Fox in any way. His skill and knowledge of his work was outstanding and he could not have been more helpful and considerate in view of the fact that one occupant suffers from dementia. He made sure that he kept the.Disruption to a minimum and the whole process was done without a hitch. I would give him the strongest recommendation that I could.

Digby provided us with an accurate estimate and explained what we needed and why with clarity. He was very efficient, worked round us with good humour , and was very neat and tidy. We can’t recommend him too highly. Everything works as it should and he explained how to get the best out of our system.

Digby removed our old back boiler and replaced it with a new combi boiler. The whole process from quote to completion was carried out professionally and to a very high standard. He told us what was happening each day and arrived when he said he would. He worked non stop, was very tidy and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Digby is very pleasant, competent and professional and we were totally confident that we were in safe hands. He always comes when he says he will and keeps you informed.
