10Verified ReviewJames arrived on time, was polite, curtious and friendly. To be honest I had thought a new ariel would be needed but it turned out a new box (where all the wires go into) was required which was cheaper and quicker. I asked if it would be a good idea to have the ariel replaced as I knew it was pretty old. James could do easily have said yes but he assured me the signal from the ariel was gone and a new ariel wasn't needed. He did the job there and the, no hanging around. Very pleased and would definitely recommend. Thank you James.
