New driveway, very poor workmanship and didn’t come back after they’d been paid -DONT USE THEM

Sandstone patio
Diligent Duties laid a sandstone patio in 2022. It looked good however during the work there were a number of issues with the flagstones and blocks being loose / not adhered. Some were relaid at the time when we pointed them out and some this year. There are still a number loose / not adhered. However the owner Mr Edwards has stated he will not repair the work as it is outside of his 12 month guarantee unless we pay him to do so. To transform an all grass slope garden into a split level low maintenance patio garden area.
Diligent Duties have done a fantastic job of this project. It was quite a steep slope grass area which has been transformed beautifully with Indian sandstone pavings and sleeper steps. Patio and drainage work
We had diligent duties round to quote works for a large patio area spanning 5m x 4m a total of 20m square the quote was done professionally and took into consideration how we wanted it and what fall we required we also had a drain line put into our back garden to accommodate a outside wc for the summer the quote was very reasonable and the professional approach won our confidence The lads came to carry out the works and to it in there stride well mannered and always cleaned up at the end of each shift very carefully protected other parts of our garden and home and covered areas where needeVerified reviewerJob location: LL19
