  Kitchen worktop installation

  I hired Dimitri to install kitchen worktop. It was completed, end result not meeting standards. One side of kitchen with no overhang while the other two sides are 40–50 mm. The corner joint also misaligned with the cabinets because of the excessive overhang. I raised the issues, explained the finish was inconsistent and not standard, he refused to acknowledge responsibility or correct the work, but blamed on me and the cabinets He was friendly and helped me receive the heavy worktop and collect the sink but that doesn’t excuse the end result not meet professional standards

  Hello Grace, the units in your kitchen aren't aligned; there's almost a 10 cm gap on the sink side, and none of the connections are at 90 degrees. I showed you this, and you didn't have any concerns. I even offered to trim the worktop if you pay materials

  New Kitchen Fitting & Install

  Dimitri did a wonderful job fitting and installing our new kitchen within 2 days. He also helped us install new hob, oven and hood unit. We are greatful for his excellent work ethics and precision. I thus highly recommend him for general DIY, carpentry and kitchen installations. Thanks Dimitri 🙏.
