Removal of all items from one location to another

The guys who carried out the work were great, friendly and professional. However the big issue was we gave a rough estimate of boxes etc and they quoted 5 hours. It actually took them 9.5 hours ( which we had to pay for the extra) and then the van wasnt big enough for all out things so we had to leave the remainder of our items with a neighbour and drive the hour back the next day to collect. When we complained about the price ( the extra 4.5 hours) they blamed us for not being more accurate with our items. Its an average 2 bedroom flat and we didn't even have any wardrobes.

Excellent removals service - highly recommended

It was a very seamless process working with Dinev's Q&E Removals and communication was great throughout. Mr Dinev offered a very personal service, with quick communication via email and text message, and was able to help us out (at no additional cost) when we were forced to push our move date back by four days. The removals team themselves were punctual and really helpful at both collection and delivery points - going the extra mile despite facing challenges with limited/tight access down to our new basement flat. We would highly recommend this service - very reliable and well priced.

This was our second time using Dinev's Removals and I can't recommend them enough. They are excellent at communication throughout the entire process, handle everything with care, and are incredibly courteous and polite. And, to top it off, on both occasions they came in at the best price when compared to other companies. It's rare to find a company that ticks all the boxes but they definitely do! And, let me tell you, these guys work hard! Thank you to the team at Dinev's for doing such a great job!

Very happy with the team who did our removal, super efficient and careful - arrived at 9am on the dot and everything was done by 1pm! Would thoroughly recommend to anyone. Price was very reasonable too.
