Dinko arrived on time, which was appreciated. However, communication could have been better throughout the job. Unfortunately, he did not have the correct tools required to complete the work and appeared to lack the experience needed for this type of project. While punctuality was a positive, better preparation, communication, and expertise would have resulted in a more satisfactory experience.
