  Remove old House Alarm System and Replace with New System.

  Direct Alarms and Security Ltd removed our old Home alarm system, due to the control pad wearing out. After a discussion With James from DA&S as to the best way to replace the existing system it was decided to use the existing wiring and replace the main control panel and keypad, as the old system had been in for the past 30 odd years we had the sensors replaced as well. The work was carried out by James to our complete satisfaction. Great service from all concerned, would not hesitate to recommend DA&S Ltd to anyone.

  Fitting new hybrid alarm system.

  James from Direct Alarms very professionally quoted for and installed our new alarm system. Having approached several companies, we found that Direct Alarms could install the hybrid alarm system that we wanted at a sensible price. The easy-to-read keypad with the large blue screen, complete with proximity tag readers, is very easy for any of our key holders to use. We also set the alarm at night using a remote fob or the easy-to-use app on our phones. Direct Alarms have several engineers, a receptionist and a shop, so they are easy to contact with a straightforward approach and are reliable.

  Intercom Entry Systems

  Repair broken otercom

  100% recommend Roger. When intercom buzzer was stuck ringing in a couple of flats, our alarm maintenance advised the alarm was out of production and required full replacement for £1500. Roger was my second opinion and advised that a couple of buttons were stuck and would cost around £100 to replace. He fixed it, and was done in a hour or so.

  Overcome a faulty alarm system with a neighbour not on a maintenance agreement.

  I have a service agreement for my alarm system, my elderly neighbour does not. She came to me unable to prevent her keypad console repeatedly sounding. I contacted Direct Alarms to see if they would help and despite contracts not in place, regardless of a bank holiday Sunday, guided me through assisting my neighbour, without cost, to temporarily disarm the system and overcome the issue. We both were so impressed. No cost out of goodwill was charged. I have been a happy customer for nearly 20 years. An excellent company who since have resolved this issue. Thank you DIrect Alarms.
