I am very impressed DAC. My fridge wasn’t working properly and knew I would have to call someone about it. The minute I contacted this team, communication was clear and organised. They gave me a window of 3 hours from the call. Technician came, assessed and fixed the issue. I am a very relieved, happy customer. Highly recommend DAC for all your issues 👏👏

Excellent service and results. Repaired our integrated NEF Coffee Machine when NEF had said it couldn't be repaired and suggested that we buy a new machine for £2k! Direct Appliances identified the issue and all working perfectly now. Big Thank you. Would definitely use them again.
