Outstanding service from Rob at Direct Boilers and Heating. After I missed our first appointment, he happily rescheduled without any issue. Out of five engineers I spoke to, Rob was by far the most knowledgeable, explaining every option clearly without any pressure. He removed my 25 year old boiler and water tank, relocated the new combi boiler upstairs exactly where I wanted it, and completed everything to a high standard. Great communication, excellent workmanship, and I’d highly recommend him. He also ensured everything was left spotless and provided helpful aftercare advice.
