AVOID for diamond cut!! 1 year later and the repaired alloys are absolutely falling to bits! Contacted direct finish and was told they “use the strongest lacquer on the market, and they only give a 6 month warranty.” Which they obviously don’t because the alloys that didn’t need repairing are immaculate still from 3 years ago when i bought it. So now i need to get my alloys repaired again to resolve the mess direct finish have done, by someone else. Strange because i was recommended to direct finish by Mercedes themselves 🤷🏻‍♂️

Really pleased with the professional and friendly way that the work was carried out . My car was as new when I picked it up.

My Alloy Wheel repair and Dent Fix / Respray have left things looking as good as new. I will most definitely be using their services if I ever need them again.

Direct Finish's customer service was excellent; both on the phone and face to face. This is the first time I've had this sort of work done and they were happy to answer all my questions. The quality of the finished wheels is superb. From this experience I thoroughly recommend them.

Alloys were scuffed and had them diamond cut from direct finish ltd really happy with the end result. Fantastic customer service trustable lad Lucas made the work look effortless and had a smile on his face from the start to finish. Pleasant lad. Job well done
