Various repair in bathroom and kitchen
Jon has been extremely helpful, flexible, reliable and proactive. I was renting out a flat with very limited time due to my work and Jon has always found the issue and provided me with an honest diagnostic and suggestion. in one occasion where I had an issue with my boiler, rather than buying an expensive component part , after his review, he suggested me to contact the boiler manufacturer directly which ended up being way cheaper, he had contacted them beforehand and even gave me their number. he ha always been very accommodating and his communication is excellentVerified reviewerJob location: KT610 General Plumbing

New Boiler
I was very impressed with Jonathan and Direct Flow Heating. Excellent service from start to finish. We had to relocate our boiler which made the job tricky but he made it simple and easy. Replacing a boiler
I met Jon when he came to service a boiler at a property we were renting. He was professional and friendly and when it came to replacing a boiler at a house we bought I had no hesitation in contacting him to replace the boiler. He arrived on time on the agreed date to undertake the work. The work was done well and neatly and he left the work area clean and tidy. He took time to explain the controls on the boiler and the new thermostat. A few days later, I had a query about the thermostat and he was more than happy to give further advice.
