Patio and steps laid quickly and efficiently. BUT holes in the resin on the steps appeared quickly and we contacted Levi Draper. Eventually he returned to look and said he would be back to remedy the problem. 4 weeks on from then we have heard nothing and his mobile no longer works and has not responded to emails. He has not provided us with the guarantee promised on his promotional material either. Having had so many comments from friends and neighbours on our patio initially, once the holes appeared we have had to say we would not recommend.

We had the most amazing experience using Direct Groundwork’s again for our new drive way and patio We have not long down sized and was really feeling like something was missing but now with the most beautiful new drive and patio we feel complete Thank you Direct Groundwork’s (Do we recommend YES!! Without a shadow of doubt)

We had our existing concrete drive way resurfaced with beautiful resin bound and new brick pillars at the entrance Overall very happy with everything Levi and he’s team was more then happy to explain everything throughout they was understanding of the limited parking on our street and was very polite to our neighbours The drive way looks great and we would not hesitate to recommend Direct Groundworks to anyone

We went ahead with a quote for removal of existing decking and a new raised patio installation with steps. We quickly realised the patio was very poorly installed. The steps were totally uneven with huge risers and varying tread depths, inappropriate materials were used throughout (& poor finishes) and within 2 weeks most slabs were loose. They eventually returned to stick the tiles back down (adhesive) but all were back loose again within a month. Then stopped replying to messages when we began questioning the work. Around £3k out of pocket after paying for the job to be re-done properly...

Levi worked quickly and efficiently and we are delighted with the result. The colour matches the houses brickwork beautifully. We were also very pleased with his charges, lower than other quotations. He discussed what he was doing and explained everything clearly. We enjoyed having Levi and his father with us. He then also built a wall at the front of the property, looks good and, with the driveway, it has transformed the front of the house.

Overall happy with Levi and the team . We had some issues on the quality of finish and attention to detail but Levi was good to his word in resolving and a few months on with the sun shining we are happy with the new space that’s been created .
