Excellent work and the workman was very personable

Great service! Got in touch the evening before and they were available to answer questions in advance to understand the problem. Came round and fixed the boiler, walked me through the problem to understand what the issue was. Would recommend.

I asked to be shown what was being done and the plumber was very congenial and helpful in teaching me some basics and handy tips. The job was relatively straightforward and completed fully to my satisfaction.

Plumber came early and worked out what the problem was. Gave me 2 options on how he could resolve the issue. And the 1st and cheapest one seems to have sorted it.
