The plug in my bath was stuck, and the tradesperson replaced the whole plug with a new one

They were very quick and accommodating! They replaced my old plug with a brand new one, no hassle at all. Was very quick, professional and friendly. I really appreciated their time.

Great customer service from a very useful local company

A small job to change a door latch !! I know it sounds ridiculously easy, but the way in which the door hadles were attached to the door was different to what I imagined. Within two minutes of putting my tiny job on Checkatrade, I had an answer from a local company. I spoke to Emma, she sent Haydon and he did the job without fuss, answered all my questions, explained some details I had not know and completed the job. He was patient, unrushed and a gent. So, now I habe found a local company who do these sort of small jobs and provide great service at a reasonable price.

  Great job, efficient service

We had a great experience with Direct Home Maintenance, from the initial communication with Rob, to the staff who completed the work. The team were friendly, professional and reliable, and the work was completed to an excellent standard. We liked the service so much, that we have already booked them in for another job. We would highly recommend them, and we will not hesitate to use them in the future.

  Highly recommended home maintenance company

Direct Home Maintenance have carried out quite a bit of work for us lately. We were so impressed with both the friendliness of the guys and the quality of the work they did, that we would highly recommend their services. Work we’ve had includes the fitting of a new bath, two heated towel rails, floor tiling, extractor fan replaced, LED mirrors installed, outdoor plug sockets fitted to the front of our property, leaking pipe in the airing cupboard repaired and the fixing of our shower. All the work carried out was exactly what we asked for and the work was completed very quickly.
