  Posted 08 October

  Replacement of soffits, fascias, gutters

Communication of progress, any problems solutions offered etc was excellent. Workmanship was very professional and workers always tidied everything up at end of day. Painting was very good as well. Overall very pleased with job which has really lifted our house and made it look new. Have received many positive comments from visitors. Would be happy to recommend.24

Leighton managed to fit me in at short notice which was great as I had lots of leaking joints!! Was very pleasant and kept me informed at all times. Pleasure to do business with.

Very attentive and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly, communicated with me as requested through the Checkatrade app, and were very efficient. Really pleased with the service.

  Pitched Roofing Repair

  Pitched roof replacement

Leighton and the team were brilliant. Very punctual, great communication and nice team to deal with and have around whilst they were doing the work. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. A few extras cropped up during the work, but Leighton was great at explaining why it was an issue and showing me the benefit of getting the extras done whilst they were doing the work, with absolutely no pressure. I really appreciated that working with him.

Great Job - would Recommend !

I found Leighton Smith and his team from Direct Improvements London Ltd through google searches & reading reviews. Having received 3 quotes - his were in line with others but I found him the most polite, organised and on time. His communication throughout has been great and he was onsite when his team were working. All the lads were friendly and hard working. They left my property clean & tidy taking all the rubbish away. Leighton followed up at the end of the job to ensure I was happy before invoicing. The whole job end to end was pleasantly easy. I would recommend 10/10 !
