  Gutter replacement

  Great service from Alfie at Direct Roofing. He was happy to do a small job for me, replacing the old guttering at the rear of our property. He was very flexible and worked to dates that suited me and was polite and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending him and his work.

  Excellent service and workmanship

  I have used this company on a number of occasions in the past and had no hesitation in going to them again. This time they rebedded/repointed all the ridge tiles and resolved a problem with the guttering. Again, the service and workmanship was excellent.

  Ridge Tile Replacement

  Very impressed with this company for professionalism, punctuality and quality of work carried out. I initially contacted them for a couple of smaller jobs, which they carried out quickly and efficiently, so when it was noted I needed the ridge tiles replaced, they were my choice. Alfie is very pleasant to deal with and happy to explain details of the proposed work. John carried out the tile replacements and is obviously an experienced roofer - his work is immaculate and he left the site clean and cleared of all debris. I highly recommend this company.

  Removal of leaking downpipe and replacement

  Alfie was excellent and communicated well and effectively. Upon providing a date and time, he was reliable and punctual on both occasions of providing a quote and completing the replacement of the guttering. The removal and replacement of the guttering was done satisfactorily and it was left clean and tidy. I would certainly use Alfie again for any roofing or guttering work.

  Replacement of soffits and fascias front/side/rear and replacement of rotten roof rafter.

  Alfie and his team replaced the old wooden soffits, fascia’s and barge board to my property with new uPVC ones. The job was complicated due to the end rafter being rotten. They had to remove tiles, install a new rafter and then re-tile part of the roof before the original work could be completed. This was unforeseen but Alfie communicated what was needed clearly and the quote for the additional work was reasonable and competitive. Work was carried out quickly and without fuss. Alfie and his team were friendly, polite and the work was carried out to a high standard. Would use again.
