Replace existing ridge tiles with a dry ridge system and a dry verge system to front apex of house.
Work completed in a day, but it required 3 revisits to address identified issues such as damage to roof felt, discarded mortar dropped into loft, poor mortar finishing, daylight visible from loft, water ingress and part of the dry verge system fell off (inadequately secured). Dry verge install, hole repair, removal of moss and treat, clean guttering and fascias
Nick and his team provided a very reasonable quote to install a dry verge to the side of the house, repair a hole, clean up all the moss and treat the tiles and clean all guttering / fascias. Overall the job was carried out to a very high standard and was very pleased with the results. They took great pride in the work carried out, while coming across very pleasant and professional.
