Silviu was outstanding. He helped us in an emergency and went above and beyond to solve our problem quickly, professionally and effectively. We called out of hours, and he arrived within 1.5 hrs as promised, and equipped with everything he needed. He resolved our issue intelligently, courteously, and with a big smile.
