Honest initial evaluation of what was needed and when they could get there. Expert advice on the best approach. End result the tree looks healthy and happy and is still a great shape despite no longer overhanging the drive. You almost wouldn't know they had been there. And the resident pigeon in nest is also still happy although wondering where its leafy canopy went!
