James and Dan were absolutely wonderful to work with. All the way from the quotation process to the end of the project, they were extremely professional and communicative. Everything was carried out to a very high quality standard and in a punctual way. James was able to understand my requirements perfectly from the start, which made it very easy to agree on the scope of works. I was very comfortable leaving them with my house keys which meant that I didn’t have to be in the house for the works to happen, therefore making the whole experience very seamless. Thank you.

James and team rebuilt a heritage brick garden wall. The end product looks very good and the clear up was excellent. They were patient and flexible in the face of significant logistical challenges and kept us informed as the job progressed.

Kara was spot on in organising for James to come and review the job within a couple of days. James straight away understood our request and expectations. Gave us a reasonable price, we shook on it, agreed a date and two days later there he was, all tools needed, materials and done a marvellous job. He also went the extra mile and removed some unwanted garden rubbish. Very nice personality, not a salesman’s he talk out language. I recommend you have James around for your job before you decide who to use. It’s good to chat.
