    Deep clean moving out service

    Very thorough and hard working team of 3 - my new buyer rang me to thank me for leaving the flat in an "immaculate" state. The perfumed aroma lasts about a day - not unpleasant but l wonder if they could perhaps offer a greener, non-perfumed option for those that might prefer it? Otherwise very impressive service, and easy payment option. Definitely recommend.

    Deep clean of flat and regular clean, plus tidying

    Jan goes above and beyond the cleaning that we need doing, and we have never seen the place so clean! She works very hard and is exceptionally polite. Very attentive to what we need done, and even helps with tidying. The company are great to deal with too; very professional and respond to emails well; on the whole, very organised.

    Whole house clean and change over for B&B guests

    I use Distinctive Cleaning on a very regular basis and have recommended them to many friends and clients. They are reliable, very thorough and excellent all round.

    Whole house clean plus carpets cleaned (moving out/moving in) is an older house so some parts had been untouched for a while

    Customer service was excellent. Our completion was slightly delayed and they accommodated this on the day with no problem at all. The team were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. And got straight on with the job. The utility got overlooked but only because it was thought the kitchen door was the back door. However when I called one of the girls came straight back and cleaned it all so no waiting until the next day which I thought was excellent service.

    Standard House Clean

    Full end of tenancy flat clean
