Bathroom refit from damage caused by leak from waste.
Discovery of waste damage led to Jay having to strengthen and replace the bathroom floor and shower etc. My complaint is that he has never given me any formal quote/invoice. He charged a lot more than the ball-park figure he'd suggested but he had put up a new covering on the ceiling and installed a fan. I paid what he asked for in full before the bathroom was finished, as he had more work to do for me. He asked for payment to be made into his wife's bank account. He promised but refuses to give me any invoice or breakdown of costs then informed me by text that he would not do any more work.

insurance job all quotes and break downs went to insurance. Customer was cc'd in all emails. No extra charges No work left to do as stated

Bathroom refit
New bathroom fitted. Jay helped with the design and answered any questions we had. Just love it, he was so reassuring, clean and tidy and didnt ask for any money upfront, which gave us complete peace of mind. Would highly recommend.
