  Poor communication

  They came out start of April. Said would quote for fitting the flooring we have already chosen and for one they could supply. Booked in to fit week beginning 19/05. Ordered the flooring and got everything ready. They cancelled this fitting and said they would come back with a new date. Waited over a week, then i chased this. We were then given 9th June. The following day they cancelled this again. Waste of time. When I complained about being messed around they said they don't do fit only. This was never mentioned in the meeting or emails. If they didn't want the work they should have said.

  I could not recommend this Company highly enough. From the initial call right through choosing the right materials and style, measuring up and fitting everything and everyone has been totally professional. Chris and Neil have looked after us and kept us informed the whole way. The floor looks amazing. Thanks to you all.
