10 Replace a faulty bathroom light switch.

Darren responded remarkably quickly to my initial job request. Very competitive on pricing for the job. We quickly organised a time for the work which was next day and he arrived bang on time. Courteous and polite, professional in his approach to the job ( even though it was a small job which some firms don't want to bother with.) Very tidy and completed the work in a quiet, smooth and skilled way. My wife asked about other potential work/issue and was never pressured or misled about what might be involved. Totally amazing I live 120miles from rented property hence using checks trade. Darren from DJB was brilliant. The house was built in the 60’s, was rewired in the 80’s but needed doing again. Paul and Kieran were excellent and very aware of my anxiety and worked with giving me plenty of information as work progressed. They managed to ‘pull’ or ‘fish’ cables through for the lighting circuits so I never had to have any channels in the wall or cable trunking. No plastering and no damage to wallpaper decorations. I would 100% recommend this company to everyone. Came out to do the work within 2 days of getting in touch, was really professional the whole time even though he had to do more work than originally planned, and left everything just as he found it. I agreed a time/date and fee for DJB to attend and replace a bathroom extractor fan and a wall light in my porch. Darren booked me in with one of his team, but unfortunately that member of his team was poorly on the day, however, Darren (keen not to let me down) rearranged his schedule so that he could attend at the agreed time. He also went the extra mile when fitting the wall light as the previous electrician had, let us say, taken short cuts.
