Poor communication and rude
Derek was unclear with the quote and also very rude. Initial work was done to a very poor standard, cut into brickwork in a bad way and resulted in remedial works required in excess of what should have initially been done. Also encouraged scaffolders (Gore) to illegally gain access to my property after several attempts to ask them to remove (with no response or them not showing up).Verified reviewerJob location: CR0RDeborah IResponse from DJC Brickwork

Rebuild of damaged brick wall
Derek rebuilt our damaged front wall, cleaned it and repointed. We’re very happy with the result, it looks fantastic!
