Great plumber really good job very clean and tidy and job completed on time

David arrived when he said he would and did an excellent job of fitting my new kitchen tap

David arrived promptly at the scheduled time, quickly sorted the problem, and left things clean and tidy. Thankful to have found a reliable plumber we can use in future!

Returned home from holiday to find boiler inoperable. Called Mr Cooper and he made appointment to come the next morning. Very professional and repair done to boiler. Very happy and would highly recommend his service. Thanks!!

Arrived to assess the issue on 28/8/18 and identified the issue. Text with repair date 4/9/18. As we both work we arranged for our parents to be there. I text Dave to inform him they'd be there and he said he needed cash or a cheque for the repair. I called him and he was rude. I explained that he did not tell us that we needed to leave cash or a cheque and he said that he didn't think to tell us and then said "don't bother then" and put the phone down on us. I arranged for my parents to get cash out and told him. Dave then txt us and said "don't bother" and never showed up.

Extremely pleased with the work that was carried out, very professional and polite, would definitely recommend to anyone.
