Simon sent me a text within minutes of my posting the job, and was immediately clear about availability and price. I then called him, and he clearly went through a brief diagnostic check, before reassuring me that the job was no problem, and offering to be with us the following morning. What should be added - besides the job being done to perfection at a VERY reasonable price - is the fact that Simon was somebody that I would happily trust in my house at any time.
