James capped off the gas supply for my property to enable the removal of a gas hob. He was very nice on the day and turned up on time. I paid in cash and he stated an invoice would be raised and emailed to me. Since then I have chased 3 times over the last 5-6 weeks and have still not had the invoice, which is reflected in the scores I have given. If I had not had the issues chasing the invoice, I would have given top marks.

James was brilliant on the job. The job looked simple but soon developed into more hurdles and difficult access to pipes and wastage system. James installed the new boiler and system though extremely well and my partner and I couldn’t be happier.

Excellent service all round.
