  New bathroom

  Removal of old bathroom, renew walls and floor, re plumb to accommodate new layout. Install fittings and fully tile. The work was completed in a tidy manner, all carpets were covered, and my home was treated with respect.

  Replacement of shower and bathroom units and replacement of leaking wall tiles.

  Declan and Lawton did a flawless job, removing old leaking tiles and fixing new shower panels, shower and fixings. The bathroom has been transformed and we couldn't be more pleased. The work was carried out for a realistic price, following two quotes from other tradesmen that I can only describe as fantasy.

  New bathroom

  Declan transformed our dated bathroom for us. Work included removal of old suite and tiling, installation of new walk-in shower, sink, toilet and radiator and new tiling throughout. Work was all completed to a very high standard - particularly the tiling, which is immaculate. The rest of the house was kept clean and tidy during what was a very messy job. Throughout the whole process, Declan was a pleasure to work with - always friendly and polite and keeping us updated on the work in progress. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and will use him again for any future work.

  New Oil Boiler

  From start to finish Declan was professional yet friendly. Our very old oil fired aga was beyond temperamental so Declan isolated all of the pipe work and fitted a new Grant oil fired boiler. Very clean and tidy, perfect pipework and we now have on demand hot water & heating for the 1st time since taking possession of our house. Would recommend without hesitation and we will be utilising Declan’s services & expertise again during the renovation process.

  Replacement of taps in main bathroom - bath and basin.

  A great experience from start to finish! Declan contacted me, asking for details of the job, and quickly sent me a quotation for what I considered a very fair sum. (Considerably less than another tradesman had quoted!) We arranged a date that worked well for me, and he and his assistant arrived on time, and completed the work quickly and thoroughly, leaving the room spotless afterwards. I'm very happy with my new taps, and with the cheerful and professional service Declan provided. I would not hesitate to call him for any future plumbing jobs. Many thanks!
