Small downstairs kitchen and living room opening with fitted kitchen

Asked Ben to open up and fit a new kitchen for our downstairs area. A failry small job that started well but have had some poor finishing work that he has not come back to tidy up. It has been 18 months of trying to communicate with Ben to come back and fox it, with many broken promises to do so. We now have a central heating system that doesn't work properly, a large crack in the ceiling and floorboards with cracks in The build started well, but we feel that the end was rushed to go to bigger jobs and the after service has been poor. Last promised to come back in Aug, but never did

  Professional recommended builders

Ben and his team started renovating our house last year. This has included two new bathrooms, removal of internal walls, fitting a new kitchen and utility, laying new wood floors and tiles. They have now moved on to the building of our second story extension. The team have been fantastic, helping me visualise what it's going to look like, making suggestions and working around our busy household. They are clean and tidy and great guys to have around. Ben is always quick to resolve any problems and happy to talk through ideas. We would highly recommend D J Jones & Sons

Any problems thay came up Ben got over thinking on site. From helping me with decisions I was struggling to make and talking me through things I didn't quite understand I would highly recommend if your looking yo do any work on your property!
