I was a bit disappointed to see my communication score was 9 and my reliability score was a 8 due to me being On Time for my first quotation and for doing the job and sending out the quotation within two hours of me seeing the job and texting to let the customer know when I was arriving prior to coming two days before so yes felt disappointed as he’s now let my score down after telling me he was gonna give me a 10 out of 10 score for everything when I left the job
