Refurbishment of upper part of chimney stack
Dan and his son Calum who works for him on a part time basis, refurbished the upper section of my chimney stack. The problem had been there since the house was built 24 years ago, confirmed by Dan with photographs of extremely poorly fitted lead work from "as built". My belief to Dan was to fully refurbish the upper part of the stack. I can verify that Dan's work is first class, having been in engineering for 40 years until recent retirement and having built my own extension. Repair three flat roofs.
Felt we had to write a review after spending just under £17,000 with this company. I am 79 and feel I have been taken advantage off. All works carried out are having to have redone in under a year they say there work is guaranteed but will not return calls or answer emails. Now having to go court and incur charges more costs. Roof repair to stop leaking

Full roof and dormer roof replacement
We needed a roof replacement as the existing roof was causing major issues with water ingress. DJP Roofing initially attended, along with Terry's Odd Jobs to firstly waterproof the roof and then estimate for replacement. I found Dan, (DJP) and Terry to be thorough in their investigation and practical in their advice. Based on this, and from the evidence of the repair, I engaged both DJP and Terrys Odd Jobs to take on the work. Great decision. Replacing flat dorma roof, fibreglass on small porch roof and a patch repair.
