    Dave was thorough in testing all parts of our aerial system. He explained that there were 2 elements which were faulty. He gave us a quote to rectify the problems and completed the work promptly, taking care to work tidily. Throughout he was efficient and courteous.

    Dave responded quickly to our initial enquiry, arrived within the time agreed, and despite the builders fitted cabling not being very accessible, he penetrated to the depths of our (unlit and in-boarded) loft to trace and connect up - much persistence needed! His verbal quote at the outset was still unchanged and, given the work needed, very fair. Happy to award max points.
