We hired Dean for a complete bathroom remake. Tear everything down and start from scratch. The project should have been taken 3-4 weeks, got to week 8 with the bathroom not even close to completion. We've had to use a portable loo for 7 weeks. Unacceptable. None of the walls are straight. He didn't consulted us and made a lot of decisions himself, having to go back and fix a lot of the work that he did. Overwhelmed that he couldn't complete the job properly. He abandoned the project and we decided to follow with a legal action. I would not hire Dean for anything else other than small jobs.

Dean was such a hard worker. We are so pleased with his workmanship. A thoroughly good experience from start to finish. Can highly recommend him and will diffinately be using him again.

Dean repaired a leaking downstairs radiator valve in a timley manner and without issue. He was even happy to carry out the work on a Saturday morning! Dean was also tidy and courteous. Very happy customer and would recommend.

Dean replaced the fill valve and flush valve in toilet cistern. He was arrived on time and was polite, pleasant and professional. This is the second time I have used Dean for a plumbing job and I will use him again if needed. Great Job.

If you can get hold of him (he is busy) Dean is reliable, courteous and diligent. Most importantly, he does the job. He’s fixed my boiler and, on a separate occasion, fitted a new one. Both times successfully and to a high standard.
