Professional and friendly team. Excellent work and end result. Arrived when they said and delivered to time. All mess cleaned up and cleared. Would reuse and recommend.

He worked around my work schedule to get it fixed, good communication of when the job would be completed. Had another leak elsewhere that turned out to be the bathroom but he really kindly looked in my loft, got up on the roof to inspect the tiles and actually suggested it could be the bathroom. Very honest about what work needed doing and gave a time line of when these needed to be completed, not trying to get you to get loads of work done just for the sake of it, very trustworthy.

Dan and his team have been superb from the initial quote, to keeping us updated on when the scaffolding would arrive and then arriving promptly on the day the work was to be carried out. They worked diligently and delivered a superb job to repair the ridges. They cleaned up perfectly as well. I will definitely use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. A great service from beginning to end.

From start to finish the owner of the business was very helpful with providing a detailed estimate for the work, answering questions, providing options and sharing recommendations based on his experience. He explained the process and listened to our needs. The work was completed on time (the only miner delay caused by the British weather!) A great team to work with.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan and his team. He responded really quickly, was polite, friendly and very businesslike. The estimate was very reasonable and he fitted the job in quickly. They worked very hard and, due to a delay because of the weather, completed the roof by coming back on a Saturday! My elderly mother felt very comfortable with them which is so important. I had to liaise from a distance and felt I could trust them straight away because Dan was so personable and communicated brilliantly from start to finish. A thoroughly excellent experience.
