• New bathroom and kitchen

  This was the fifth job (Really two jobs combined) that Keith has done for us; basically they have now gone through our small Victorian house. We can't speak highly enough of them. Keith recommended a kitchen design firm but everything else was done by Keith's business. Keith and a plumber gave us advice about the bathroom. We are very impressed by the appearance and functioning of both. By todays standards we feel the cost was quite reasonable. They work extremely hard and always clear up after themselves.

• Plastering a bedroom

  Danny made a fantastic job of skimming the bedroom walls. He fitted the job in with other work he had over a weekend. An excellent job with a very professional finish. Will definitely be contacting D K building services for any future work I may have and will have no hesitation in recommending them to colleagues, family and friends.

• External and internal renovation of an old cottage.

  We landed on our feet when we engaged DK Building Services! Keith delivered every step of the way, successfully overcoming issues with an old cottage at a competitive rate. Externally, making good and rendering the larthe and plaster gable coupled with damp injection. Internally, Keith and his team fitted a stunning bathroom in keeping with the property character. We are extremely pleased with all the work and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

• Side extension and front porch

  Danny and Keith are hard working, professional builders. They did everything necessary from day one to final pass off from building control. We agreed a programme from the start, and staged payments on milestones reached during the build. Variations were quickly costed and agreed, and they were both kind and considerate. I have no problem in recommending them to anyone.

  Both Danny and Keith were always professional, friendly and do an awesome job. They've transformed our bathroom from an outdated but functional 2 room situation to a 1 room luxury asset. The guys are great at communication, will always tell you straight if extra works are worth doing, incredibly trustworthy and we'll having them back for anything we need doing in future.
