Coming home from a Holiday on Monday afternoon we had no heating or hot water. A quick response to a request for help led to a diagnosis of a dead boiler on Tuesday afternoon. By Wednesday evening a new boiler was fitted and commissioned. Absolutely first class service, customer focused, clean and tidy and extremely professional throughout. Highly recommend.

From an early morning emergency call as water dropped through our bedroom ceiling, Dameon acted swiftly, professionally and efficiently until a new tank was installed and the whole system checked . He was tidy, prompt, very courteous and a true professional. His bill was reasonable and I have no hesitation in recommending his company.

Excellent service. Only left once he’d checked everything was working properly. Will definitely be calling Daemon back for a load more work! Top man!

Our boiler stopped working in the cold snap and Dameon was recommended to us. He was out within a couple of hours and found the fault. He then had a round trip of 30miles to get replacement parts and stayed till 7pm trying to fix the boiler before giving up for the day. He returned early next day and fixed the boiler. Dameon went above and beyond in his customer care and we would have no hesitation in recommending him and his services and will definitely be using him again. Thank you Dameon.

Damian was punctual, efficient and worked competently. Although he had not seen the system before, he very quickly was able to familiarise himself and work through the system. He gave us confidence in his ability and he did what he was asked. He welcomed questions and understanding from us and was able advise on system management.

Called DKB this morning as I was having no luck with local plumbers. Dameon came this afternoon and completed the work , despite a few access problems. Stayed a while afterwards to ensure all was well. Completely happy with the job and, having been without water for 5 days, over the moon. Thank you for the excellent job and for brightening my day!
