  Having worked with many builders we could not fault DKM, At the end of each day, everything was cleaned up and tidy. The team would always provide thoughtful suggestions that could enhance the finished product and when challenges arose (as they do) options to resolve the issues were provided and a collaborative resolution was found. They also helped to correct other contractors' mistakes not related to them as they take pride in the finished product which was fantastic. We could not fault DKM and if we have work in the future we'll certainly be calling them.

  Yoti and his team did a great job in my house. Their workmenship was great and prefessional. They did our loft conversion, renovated our masterbedroom, family bathrooms and utility. From bathroom tiling to bedroom painting, they did excellent job and on time. We are very happy with the work and will strongly recommend.

• Replacing a rotted lintel above a ground-floor window, on a listed stone-built building.

  Yoti responded within an hour or two of my shout out on Checkatrade, and came to take a look at the lintel a few days later. He was unfazed by what was making me pretty terrified - the existing lintel was literally falling apart (it was that rotten) and the mortar between the stones above was starting to crack. His price was almost exactly what the lowest average was in an online bit of research, and therefore literally half what I’d anticipated! Two weeks later and he’s done the work, today, swiftly and brilliantly. Even tidied up well and patched some cracks with the spare concrete!

• Loft conversion

  DKM had a hand in every aspect of our loft conversion, firstly finding us a suitable architect, we were very happy with. Later when we were ready to start a price was agreed, starting date and schedule. All of which were fulfilled with no delays. DKM are punctual, nice to have around and there hard work is evident by the speed and quality of their work. They were tidy and considerate to our neighbours. In addition to the structural aspects the finishing and decorating was also carried out to high standards. We are delighted with the build and wouldn’t hesitate using DKM again.

• Double Extension, Loft Conversion and House Renovation

  Yoti and his team DKM did a fantastic job building a double storey extension, loft conversion and refurbing my whole house. One stop shop. They took care of electrics to plumbing to building work. Even when things didn’t run according to plan Yoti found a solution. Yoti personally took care of the snagging, even coming back once the project was finished to put things right missed at snagging stage. We are very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend Yoti and his team DKM as everything was perfectly completed in perfect time as well, Thank You DKM Builders Oxford

• Structural work including excavating, reinforcng and decking our subsiding garden

  DKM did a marvellous job. Our garden backs onto a river and over the years, the combination of the rotten roots from a dead tree on the river bank and fast flowing water had caused part of our garden subsided to the extend that our garden shed was leaning like Pisa. Yoti and his team excavated all the rotten roots which extended a large part of the garden, reinforced it with metal grids, concretes and cements before decking and railing the garden. Now we have a beautiful garden to sit on. Very impressed by the workmanship of Yoti's team. They even cleared all the rubbish before they went.
