  Excellent, clean installation of air conditioning.

  Had air conditioning units fitted in lounge and our bedroom. Very impressed with the quality of service and cleanliness of work carried out. The units look as though they have always been there and not added on at a later date. Danny explained how the units worked and advised us on the best ones to suit our needs. He has even downloaded it onto our phone so we can operate the system remotely. Would recommend DLC to anyone looking to have air conditioning installed by an excellent tradesman.   Stud wall built to excellent standard

  Danny built us a stud wall (plastered and with skirting board). This was done to an excellent finish. Danny is calm, respectful, friendly and detail focussed. He worked quickly but made sure we were happy at each step. He kept our house clean and tidy. I would recommend and would use again!

  Plastering & various works

  I am managing a property refurb of a bungalow for a client & instructed DLC Properties to carry out the following- - Replace the lathe & plaster ceiling in three rooms. - Plaster three bedrooms and two bathrooms. - Fit new loft insulation. Along with some other smaller works. Danny kept me updated on the work as he progressed with it. He had a key for the property and is trustworthy and reliable.

  New kitchen

  Danny replaced our outdated kitchen. He worked to very high standard from preparation to installation. We are very pleased with the end result and have no hesitation in recommending him.
