  Air conditioning installation

I am extremely pleased with the work carried out. Danny arrived on time, always polite and professional. The job was completed to a high standard. Danny was incredibly tidy, making sure to clean up completely after himself. I would highly recommend.

  Air Conditioning fitted

DLC properties ltd fitted an air conditioning unit in our garden room. When Danny came round to do us a quote he was very informative about our options and gave us clear advice on which units would be suitable. We haven't properly used the unit yet, due to the cooler weather change, but Danny and Lisa have been fantastic! The work Danny has done is great, and although we had a few issues with the air con unit that was being fitted, Danny and Lisa got it all sorted and dealt with the provider themselves, consistently keeping us updated on the situation. Work and customer service outstanding.

AC Installation - Excellent workmanship, professional, clean and tidy

I selected DLC properties Ltd (Danny) based on his excellent reviews on Checkatrade and was not disappointed. Danny installed 2 Panasonic AC units and outside compressor. He came round to quote the job and came up with a solution to vent the unit though a hollow wall to the outside. The job was reasonably priced. Communication was excellent prior to and during the job. Danny worked diligently and professionally throughout and his work was to an excellent standard. He tidied and cleaned as he went along leaving everything as he found it. He was even good with the dogs!

  Extremely high standard of work

DLC have done a lot of work for us so when we wanted a new front door we asked them. Danny came and we discussed what we wanted and he advised us that the door handle we liked might not be practical for us as we are getting older and could be difficult for us to lock. We discussed having a wider door should wheelchair access be needed. We had the space to do this so we went ahead. His work was to a very high standard and extremely clean, in fact apart from having a different colour door you wouldn’t know it had been replaced. Would highly recommend DLC for all building work or air conditioning

  Excellent workmanship, clean and tidy.

We asked DLC for a quote for air conditioning and advice regarding placement of units. The owner, Danny, explained things in detail and we found the price to be more reasonable than expected, so went ahead. There was no pressure to buy. Danny installed 3 indoor units working off of 2 outside. We are very very happy with the installation, which was performed with minimal disruption and virtually no mess. Each room was left clean and tidy, before moving to the next one. We are very pleased with the results and I would certainly recommend DLC.

Great bloke, excellent work, competitive price

VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER We invited DLC and owner Danny based on previous reviews. He took time to explain the installation and costs without any pressure to commit. He visited us several times and was extremely patient with our questions. The work was excellent and absolutely NO mess. The installation took time and he explained each stage. The 5 units and 2 compressors installed work really well and heat or cool a room in minutes. No more heating the whole house for 1 room. Most importantly my 91 year old father has a comfortable room for the summer. Great bloke, excellent work, competitive price
