From start to finish Rich was professional and polite. When I sent a picture he noticed an issue and advised us to cut the power to the shower until it was fixed, this piece of advice may have saved us from disaster. I wasn't around when the work was done but my husband said he left no trace he had been there other than new switches/pull cords. 1 lad and a apprentice came to do the job , both were very friendly , on time , did a great job and tidied everything up . Before the job was started I contacted Dave the company owner and he returned my email right away and nothing was too much trouble .
