He turned up today and he apologised that he forgot to bring his phone with him. That’s why we couldn’t reach him. He is polite and is happy to help for the repair. Thank you Daniel

Daniel promised to come last Thursday, but he didn’t. In addition, he didn’t inform his customer at all. Then, we re-arrange with him which is today. We called him last night and he told us it’s 8:30 this morning. He didn’t come again. We have been calling him, messaging him, but we still can’t find him. Where is this handyman called Daniel?!!! He gave me a lot of promise when we spoke last night. But he didn’t turn up!!!

Booked an appointment, but he did not turn up. He did not even bother to let us know he was not coming. 4 hours after he was expected, we called him to find out what was going on. He did not have an excuse for not showing up.

The job was completed as expected. We appreciated that he showed the receipt of the replacement parts that he bought for us. Kind guy. Will keep the contact for future jobs.
