Having been let down by several local electricians I decided to post the job on checkatrade.com. Dan, from D L J Electrical Contractors LTD quickly got in touch. I provided details of exactly what I wanted from the job and Dan confirmed he was happy with what I'd proposed and gave me a price, which I was happy with. We immediately agreed a date for the work to be carried out. The guys doing the work arrived exactly when agreed. they were both polite and carried out the requested work, before tidying up the waste created and taking it with them. They ensured that the new EV Charge point was working with my car and that the app was set up on my phone. I'd definitely recommend DLJ to others and would not hesitate to use this company again.

Found DLJ electrical Ltd when the buyers wanted an electric safety check last minute online. Dan was professional and responsive to all my queries. He also quickly arranged the extra work needed. Andy who came was friendly, answered our queries and tidy doing the work. Dan dealt with the nightmare of solicitors demanding certificates asap - thank you!

Dan came to see us Tuesday told him what we needed doing he texted later that day with a very reasonable price which I was happy with he told me they would do the work the following Tuesday and Wednesday. On the Tuesday 4 Electricians came and did all the work in one day I was expecting it to take days all very professional and left all areas tidy would definitely use again.

Used DLJ Electrics to complete some work at my dad's property. This included a whole new fuse box (hadn't been changed for about 40 years, if not longer), new sockets, replacing and repositioning sockets, new light switches, new fittings and some other jobs. All done to a very high professional standard. The guys were very professional, polite and very good at their job. We will be needing more work doing in the house in the near future and will be using them again. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional and well priced company to use.

Good communication and great job overall. Had a mishap that the wrong colour switches were provided but these were changed and job went ahead less than 48 hours later. The guy who led the job had an apprentice with him and he had a lovely manner whilst teaching and supporting the young man to do the work. Very polite and taught me a few things whilst doing the job. Overall very positive and they would definitely be my first call when needing anything electrical doing
