A complete flat roof replacement on my property. Including new boards and insulation.
Levi visited my property very quickly when I called to say I had an emergency with rainwater getting in to our bedroom roof. He was able to carry out a temporary repair immediately which held off the water until they were able to carry out the new roof works. We had a new warm roof construction with a new 3 layer felt roof. It has been done to a very high standard and can clearly see how much pride they take in their work. Neat and Tidy, very professional and polite, very high quality of workmanship. Would recommend to anyone for any roofing works.

Maintenance and repairs to the exterior of a property
DL Jones were contracted to conduct maintenance and repairs at a property from March of this year. The work was agreed to be 6-10 weeks in duration however as of mid November the work is still outstanding. DL Jones used every excuse to not complete work and now have stopped returning calls. Their negligence in completing works caused damage to 2 interior flats due to guttering being left incomplete/absent. They have made no attempt to put right the damage caused. They have also fly tipped at the property and refuse any attempts to remove their rubbish.
