Darren was contracted by my LL home care plan to fix a toilet. He arranged a time to come over, 20 min before time he text me to say he was running late. I asked if he was coming to repair or do an assessment for home cover company. This apperent upset him. He arrived late, assessed the toilet, made his excuses of no parts on van, said he could get parts and fix in the week. 3 days later no contact from Darren, LL chased him up,he said he would come over later that day.He text me to tell me he would be over, I asked if he had correct parts this time. He told LL he was upset and not doing job
