  Change old boiler to a new combi system

  Mate recommended this bloke who was at Scarborough we were at malton it was no problem coming. He came for a look one evening then few days later rang with quote which was extremely competitive. We accepted. He came when he said worked long days job done . Would use again.

  Decommission and replacement of boiler and also relocated from upstairs to downstairs

  We purchased a property which required a remodel of all pipe work and replacement and relocation of existing radiators. The boiler was located in an upstairs bedroom so we wanted this moved downstairs into our newly established utility room. Dave engaged quickly with a quote for the job and various ideas. He decommissioned and removed the old boiler and replaced with a new boiler to provide a 10year guarantee. He also took or relocated all legacy pipe work . Dave grafted to the the job done and left our property as clean and Tidy as possible on completion. All in all a great job!

  New radiator with pipework, new shower, new radiator valves.

  Dave is excellent in every aspect, ours wasn’t a straight forward job due to being bodged in the past. Dave was extremely reliable and showed up when he said he would, very knowledgeable and passed on some great hints and tips. Workmanship is excellent and extremely neat and tidy, could not have asked for anything better and very competitive pricing!! Will not hesitate to use in the future.

  New boiler install

  After my wife asked for help on Facebook David from DMA property maintenance got in touch with her and asked if it was too late to come around and look at our issue, it was around 9.30pm and we was delighted that he was willing to come at this time of night to help us. After lots of phone calls and trying to get it to fire up nothing would work and decided to put a new boiler in. David was great, he asked where we would like the new boiler as it was a awkward job because of how the house is, but he fitted it in the loft lots of extra work, and a cracking price, I would recommend him.

  Replace combi boiler with new

  Kept informed about the progress of the job, suggested moving carbon monoxide monitor nearer to the appliance, moved gas hob pipe to create proper curve on inlet hose. Very satisfied with the work
