    Fair quote good work

    Dean came round and gave us a far assesment and quote for either repairing on old boiler or fitting a new one. We went for a new one and he came and fitted it the next week. Very pleased with the work and Dean was very friendly and professional.

    boiler not working

    My boiler broke down on a Sunday afternoon. I contacted DMB late Sunday afternoon & received back, almost instantly a response asker for some further detail. I was told that they could come out the following afternoon. They arrived in the early afternoon & repaired the boiler very quickly, despite having to leave to get a new board. The service & communications were excellent & Dean is very friendly & knowledgable.

    I am very pleased with Dean's service and already thinking to offer him another job. Dean just completed a job for me. I found Dean is very professional, reliable and polite. He would go extra mile for his client in order to complete the job well without charging any extra. His fee is very reasonable. I highly recommend Dean's service and definitely will call him back for other jobs.

    Dean was very professional and turned up when he said he would. Communicated beforehand and explained what needed to be done. Obvious that he had lots of experience and left the area clean and tidy. He smelt very clean and looked presentable. Very happy - thanks Dean.
